MY CHALLENGE TO YOU
Take a walk with your
family. Make a note of all the different
physical activities you see. Choose one
of those activities and try it at home.
If possible, try something that you don’t usually do all the time.
Children drew a chalk obstacle course in their circle drive.
Choosing basketball as your activity? Click here for a dribbling challenge.
Have a good time walking with your family.
