Cruise Stop #18 - Vietnam
In Vietnam we played a game called Bit Mat Bat De which means “catching a goat while blindfolded.” This is a game much like Blind Man’s Bluff. Children form a circle and a blindfolded child, with a cowbell, attempts to keep from getting tagged by another blindfolded child who is the goat catcher and is also in the circle. If the goat is caught, the goat catcher says hello to the goat and the goat tries to guess who the goat catcher is. This was a fun game and required good listening skills.
