The International Pancake Race will take place between Liberal, Kansas, and Olney, England, on Shrove Tuesday, February 17, at 11:55 a.m. Monday physical education students got a head start by having their own race in physical education class, complete with pancakes, skillets, scarves, and aprons. Students had fun working on the flip of the pancake and running through the gym with the skillet and pancake. They always enjoy this annual event.
