The Collegiate Early Childhood Pancake Race

Students enjoyed our annual pancake race held in conjunction with the International pancake race held each Shrove Tuesday between the towns of Liberal, Kansas, and Olney, England.  Students donned scarves and aprons and ran with a skillet and a real pancake.  
They also practiced the flip, which is a requirement at the start and finish of the pancake race.  Most classes ran indoors due to the cold in the morning, but in the afternoon it warmed up just enough for one class to run outside.
