The annual all school picnic was held on homecoming, Friday, September 30. Older students were paired with younger students and they spent the afternoon together eating lunch and participating in a variety of organized activities. Face painting, pumpkin decorating, ring toss, snow cones, fish pond, beanbag throw, puppet show, bouncy inflatable, photo booth, cupcake walk, and hayrack ride, were all events from which students could choose. Many just had a good time playing together on the playground. I was in charge of the beanbag toss for part of the picnic, so enjoyed watching my students, and former students, take a turn at winning a prize.
