The early childhood division celebrated the birthday of Kansas with "Pioneer Day" activities on January 29. There were farm animals, a sing along, calf and steer roping, pioneer games, butter making, apple peeling, eating cornbread muffins, washing clothes on a washboard, learning about quilts, and watching a spinner. At the end of the event, everyone had fun scatter square dancing. Happy birthday, Kansas!

The early childhood division celebrated the birthday of Kansas with "Pioneer Day" activities on January 29.
