Read and Romp Day Art Work Decorates the Pirate Snack Area

Take a look at the fun art work that decorated our pirate themed snack area.  The children did a wonderful job and it looked great!

 Mrs. Drew's kindergarten class made pirates.

Mrs. Gallagher's preschool class made a pirate ship with a hand print sail and water.

Mrs. Ghosh's kindergarten class made treasure chests.

Mrs. Collier's preschool class added a Pirate Pete.  Their pictures decorated the polka dots.

Mrs. Reeder and Ms. Masumeh's preschool students added a ship full of "P is for Pirate" sailors.

 Mrs. Dennill's All Day Montessori children made anchors.  Some of them hung from the ceiling.

Mrs. Manamperi's Montessori preschool and Pre-K children added fish to the water.

 Pirate flags were made by Mrs. Snyder's afternoon preschool class.

Mrs. Gray's Pre-K class made the palm trees and Ms. Ritter's preschool class added the treasure maps.

Mrs. Snyder's morning preschool class decorated parrots.

Mrs. Freed's Pre-K students used their hand prints to make a pirate.

Mrs. Godwin and Ms. Meisch's kindergarten students created an island with palm trees, coconuts, oysters, crabs, and sharks.  Location signs were made by Ms. Chamberlain and Mrs. Snyder.

Mrs. Burcham's Pre-K classes added the hooks and telescopes.

The net above the eating area held more fish and crabs, as well as star fish made by Mrs. Ghosh's kindergarten students.

 Jellyfish Row was made by Mrs. Leger's Pre-K class.

The overall look.  The pirate ship table decorations filled with gold glitter coins were made by Mrs. Burcham's Pre-K students.


An octopus, created by volunteers, overlooks the eating area.
