Congratulations to Mrs. Johnson's traditional kindergarten class who picked the winning musher for the 2018 Iditarod Dog Sled Race in Alaska. They chose Joar Leifseth Ulsom who completed the 998 mile race in 9 days and 12 hours. Joar is originally from Norway. Congratulations to Joar and his team of sled dogs!
In keeping with the cold Iditarod tradition, Mrs. Johnson's class won a popsicle party. Brrr!
