2020 Read and Romp Day books and activities.

If you are just accessing my blog for the first time for our distance learning program, please view earlier posts for ideas to work on for fun and skill development.

2020 READ AND ROMP DAY BOOKS and ACTIVITIES

Yesterday I heard that some parents were interested in the books that were used for our Read and Romp Day this year.  Early Childhood librarian, Mrs. Mould, plans to read the books on-line to children so please be watching for that on See Saw.  I thought, however, that it would be helpful to show the books here, along with a brief description of the activity we did for each book.  Please look back at my post for Wednesday, March 11, to read more about the activities we did for these books and to view pictures.

(We played musical hula hoops where no one was ever out.  More and more people just kept adding in to remaining hoops as hoops were taken away, and they had to stay connected by holding hands.    In the end, two groups were vying for one hoop.)
