Read and Romp Day 2013 - AM

Read and Romp Day is one of the most fun days of the school year for our early childhood students.  They come to the gym for the morning or afternoon where they listen to a story and do a short physical activity that  corresponds to the book.  They do this for ten rotations lasting twelve minutes each.  During that time a special snack is served in our snack room. This year the snack area had a swamp theme and the children decorated it beautifully with their art work.

Thank you to all volunteers who contributed in some way to our special day.  Whether you read a book, lead an activity, ran the clock, monitored the rotations, brought props, made materials, or helped set up for the event, your assistance was greatly appreciated.
