Students recently enjoyed the Collegiate Pancake Race in Physical Education. This event corresponds with the annual pancake race between Liberal, Kansas, and Olney, England, on Shrove Tuesday. Students ran through the gym in an apron and head scarf, carrying a skillet with a real pancake. The pancake had to be flipped at the beginning and ending of the race. Students had a great time with this annual event.
