From Route 66 to Chicago's Wrigley Field
It's hard to believe that our Landmark Year has come to an end. Starting on Route 66 in September and ending with Chicago's Wrigley Field in May, students have visited well over 27 different landmarks around the country. It's been such a fun excursion and students have learned so much information. I, too, have benefited from this jaunt around the country. It makes me want to travel more!
I hope your child has shared with you some of the locations and information they have learned about this year. Perhaps in your travels to some of these locations, your child will repeat some of the facts that we discussed in class.
