The culminating activity for our "Run for the White House" event was an election that was held for early childhood students in our building. This election had students voting for one of two healthy fruits. When coming to the booth, students told Mrs. Wagner their name and it was checked off a list. Some classes even made voter identification cards and showed them before voting. Students then entered the booth and used a computer to vote for either apples or oranges. After casting their votes, all students received a "I Voted" sticker. This was such a wonderful learning experience for students and they had fun. Thank you to everyone who took time to vote in our booth or on-line on the Early Childhood Physical Education web page.
