Kindergarten Students Visit Jump Rope for Heart

Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart are annual events that have been great fun for our students over the past 31 years. It is a great tradition where students come to the gym and jump rope or shoot baskets after collecting donations for the American Heart Association. Our students know that this community service program helps fight heart disease. It was a great day, with fun music, lots of jumping and playing games, and PE majors from WSU coming to help out. Kindergarten students enjoyed visiting the event to see how it works and how much fun it is! Lower school students were very successful at this year's Jump Rope for Heart, as they raised over $16,000 for the AHA. Congratulations to our Lower School students and their PE teacher, Mr. Funke.
