With Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart happening on the last day before Valentine's Day, it did not leave us much time to do our Valentine's Day activities. Preschool students did enjoy a Valentine Minuet dance and kindergarten students played the Valentine basketball shootout game. They spelled out words and got to put up letters each time a basket was made. If they shot at a lower, portable goal they got to put up one letter. Two letters were added if a basket was made at a regulation goal. Students enjoyed this friendly competition.
