Today is designated as Monkey Day. Preschool students warmed up with a "follow the leader" dance called "Monkey See, Monkey Do," before moving on to a different activity. Students liked this song.
Following this warm-up, students participated in the poinsettia basketball activity that I did earlier this week with older students. I wrote a description of this activity and took quite a few pictures of the children so be sure to check out the link at the bottom of the National Poinsettia blog posted earlier this week.
