Early Childhood Dad's Day to Celebrate "My Dad is My Hero"

Please join us this Friday, September 13, as we celebrate Early Childhood Dad's Day with the theme "My Dad is My Hero."  Children and Dads are invited to wear their favorite super hero t-shirt or come dressed as someone who represents a hero to them. Examples of this might be fireman, policeman, doctor, nurse, or military personnel.  Dad's Day begins at 1:00 pm and ends at 2:30 pm.  (You should have received information earlier from administration regarding classes on Friday and arrival times for half day morning and afternoon students.)  There will be many activities set up in the Early Childhood building, library, quadrangle, music room, and south gymnasium.  In the gym we will have lots of equipment out for students and dads to play with.  The children have been working with the different equipment and learning the rules that go along with it.  It should be a fun day.  Please remember that if a dad cannot make this event, another special friend can come in his place.
