Just a reminder that this Friday, January 24, we will recognize the Asian, or Lunar New Year, with various parades throughout the day. We'll take our long paper dragon through the hallways with sparkle wands and noise makers to celebrate the "Year of the Rat." Remember that children are encouraged to wear the lucky color "RED" on this day. Students who have costumes from their native countries are also encouraged to wear them. If you'd like to know the time that your child will participate, please check with the classroom teacher.
